My recent stay at Quest Hotel Bella Vista left me with mixed feelings, with the overall experience dampened by a notable issue—the consistently weak shower pressure, at times even reduced to a mere drip. Convenience (4/5): The hotel's strategic location remains one of its strengths, ensuring easy access to essential amenities and local attractions. This contributed positively to the overall convenience of my stay, despite some hiccups. Facilities (3/5): While the hotel offers attractive facilities such as a BBQ area and a gym, the persistently weak shower pressure was a significant drawback. The diminished water flow made the shower experience less enjoyable, detracting from the overall satisfaction with the provided amenities. Room (2/5): The spaciousness of the room was overshadowed by the consistently weak shower pressure, which varied from a gentle trickle to an almost nonexistent drip. This issue significantly impacted the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. It's essential for the hotel to address and improve the water pressure for a more satisfactory guest experience. Service (3/5): The hotel staff's responsiveness to other concerns during my stay was commendable. However, the persistently weak shower pressure should have been addressed promptly upon notification. A more proactive approach in resolving such issues is crucial for enhancing the quality of service. Conclusion: Quest Hotel Bella Vista has the potential to offer a pleasant stay, but the consistently weak shower pressure significantly detracted from the overall experience. While the location and other facilities are commendable, addressing and improving this crucial aspect is imperative for ensuring guest satisfaction. I hope the hotel management takes steps to rectify this issue, as it greatly impacts the overall quality of the stay.

I have throughly enjoyed my stay at Quest Bella vista. It was super convenient and the room was very nice and spacious. Location was perfect as the hotel is close to the hospital, shops and buses. They also had a restaurant downstairs near the reception with very tasteful, delicious dishes. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. I would definitely book with them again. Excellent service all around.

Simon at the restaurant is amazing!! Great service is hard to find but he has it covered. Made the effort to know all our names. Wherever his journey takes him, the employer will be lucky to have him. The chef provided amazing food it was so yummy. Our experience at the restaurant was first class. The check in staff at the hotel were so warm and welcoming and made us feel comfortable straight away. A friendly face, smile and a question about our stay can go a long way, it was nice to have the checkin staff ask about our stay.
